Refund policy

We totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and we've got you covered! 

If the item is still in its original condition, you can take advantage of our free return process, outlined below.  Rest assured, these policies do not affect your statutory rights.

• Our Returns Period is 28 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund to your original payment method. Items returned outside of the 28-days will be sent back to you.

• Holiday return policy: To provide extra peace of mind, items bought online and in-store between the 1st of November 2024 and the 13th of December 2024 can be returned until the 10th of January 2025, with proof of purchase.
